قال دفاع ميار الببلاوي، إن جهات التحقيق أحالت واقعة الإعلامية ميار الببلاوي والشيخ محمد أبو بكر للمحاكمة في واقعة السب والقذف المتبادلة بينهما، بعد تحرير كل منهما محاضر ضد الآخر.

أضاف المحامي، أن محكمة القاهرة الاقتصادية حددت جلسة 20 أكتوبر لتكون أولى جلسات نظر واقعة السب والقذف المتبادلة بينهما، بعد تحرير كل منهما محاضر ضد الآخر.
وأشارت التحقيقات، إلى أن الشيخ محمد أبو بكر تعدى على القيم والمبادئ الأسرية للمجتمع المصري، لارتكابه الجريمتين السابقين وتعمد إزعاج ومضايقة الفنانة ميار الببلاوي.
وأوضح أمر الإحالة، أن الفنانة ميار الببلاوي متهمة بسب وقذف الشيخ محمد أبو بكر على حسابها الشخصي وتعمدت إزعاجه ومضايقته.
