قررت المحكمة المختصة، اليوم الخميس، تأجيل 7 دعاوى سب وقذف، مقامة من مجلس إدارة النادي الأهلي ومحمد عثمان المستشار القانوني للنادي وآخرين، ضد مرتضى منصور رئيس نادي الزمالك السابق، لجلسة 17 أكتوبر.

وفي سياق آخر، أصدرت محكمة النقض، حكما بتأجيل طعن مرتضى منصور رقم 14671 في تهمة سب محمود الخطيب رئيس النادي الأهلي، وغرامة 10 آلاف جنيه، لجلسة 22 أغسطس، لحين الفصل في طلب المقدم للهيئة العامة لمحكمة النقض.
وكانت محكمة جنح الاقتصادية برئاسة المستشار إبراهيم صالح، قضت في وقت سابق، بحبس مرتضى منصور 3 أشهر، وكفالة 10 آلاف جنيه لإيقاف العقوبة لحين الاستئناف على الحكم، وتغريمه 20 ألف جنيه، وإلزامه بتعويض مؤقت 10 آلاف جنيه، كما ألزمته بالمصاريف وأتعاب المحاماة في القضية رقم728 لـ سنة 2023 جنح اقتصادية القاهرة، لصالح محمود الخطيب رئيس مجلس إدارة النادي الأهلي يتهم فيها المذكور بالسب والشتم ونشر أخبار كاذبة وإساءة استخدام وسائل التواصل والإزعاج.
