وأوضح فرج، في تصريحات خاصة لموقع «الجورنال»، أن حماية البيانات الشخصية أصبحت ضرورة ملحّة في ظل تزايد عمليات الاحتيال الإلكتروني، مشددًا على أهمية عدم مشاركة المعلومات الشخصية على مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي أو تخزينها على أجهزة متصلة بالإنترنت، لتفادي مخاطر الاختراق.
وأضاف أن المحتالين يعتمدون على ما يُعرف بـ”الهندسة الاجتماعية”، والتي تتيح لهم جمع معلومات دقيقة عن الضحية من خلال منشوراتها وتعليقاتها، ما يسهل عمليات السرقة والابتزاز.
احذر من مشاركة بيانات بطاقتك البنكية
وفيما يخص حماية البطاقات البنكية، شدد خبير أمن المعلومات على ضرورة تجنب إدخال بيانات البطاقات في تطبيقات غير موثوقة، محذرًا من أن هذا قد يعرض الحسابات البنكية للسرقة والاحتيال.
طريقة احتيال جديدة تهدد الحسابات البنكية عالميًا
وكشف فرج عن طريقة جديدة لسرقة الأموال عبر الهاتف تُعرف باسم “إن جيت” (N-Gate)، والتي تسببت في قلق كبير داخل القطاع المصرفي العالمي، رغم عدم انتشارها في مصر حتى الآن.
وأوضح أن هذه الطريقة تعتمد على استغلال تقنية NFC المدمجة في الهواتف الذكية، والتي تُستخدم عادةً في خدمات الدفع الإلكتروني مثل “آبل باي” و”جوجل باي”، حيث يتم نقل بيانات البطاقة البنكية إلى تطبيق “إن جيت” المخترق بمجرد تمريرها أسفل الهاتف.
وأشار إلى أن القراصنة يستغلون هذه التقنية في تحويل الأموال إلى حساباتهم أو إجراء عمليات شراء احتيالية، مستغلين أجهزة نقاط البيع الصغيرة (POS) في المتاجر، مما يجعل من الصعب تتبعهم.
كيف تحمي نفسك من تطبيق “إن جيت”
نصح فرج بضرورة توخي الحذر من فتح أي روابط مشبوهة تُرسل عبر الرسائل النصية أو البريد الإلكتروني، حيث يتم تثبيت التطبيق المخترق على الهاتف بطرق غير شرعية.
كما دعا إلى الفحص الدوري للأجهزة من قبل مختصين، نظرًا لإمكانية إخفاء التطبيق في صورة لعبة أو تطبيق غير معروف.
واختتم فرج تصريحاته بالتأكيد على أهمية نشر الوعي حول هذه الأساليب الاحتيالية، محذرًا من الانجراف وراء الوعود الزائفة بالربح السريع، حتى لا يقع المستخدمون ضحايا للنصب الإلكتروني.
