أعلن مركز رصد الزلازل الأوروبي المتوسطي، فجر اليوم السبت، وقوع زلزال عنيف، بقوة 5.5 درجات على مقياس ريختر، في إثيوبيا.
وقال المركز إن الزلزال وقع على مسافة 38 كم شمال غرب منطقة أواش وعلى مسافة 125 كم شمال شرق منطقة أداما التي تقع في إقليم أوروميا.
ويأتي الزلزال عقب سلسلة من الزلازل الأقل شدة التي هزت إثيوبيا في الأيام القليلة الماضية.
