يجسد الفنان أحمد العوضي، خلال العمل شخصية رجل يأتي من الصعيد ويدخل السجن ويخرج ضمن أحداث الحلقة الأولى.
والمسلسل مكون من 30 حلقة، وتدور أحداثه في إطار صعيدي شعبي، وهو من تأليف محمود حمدان، وإخراج محمد عبد السلام.
