عقد المهندس عبد المطلب عمارة، محافظ الأقصر، اجتماعًا موسعًا بحضور نائب المحافظ ورؤساء المراكز والمدن، إلى جانب مسئولي أملاك الدولة والزراعة والري والشئون القانونية والإسكان والإيرادات والتحصيل، لمتابعة التقدم في ملف إزالة التعديات على أراضي أملاك الدولة والأراضي الزراعية.
شدد المحافظ خلال الاجتماع، على أهمية التصدي بحزم لأي شكل من أشكال التعديات، مؤكدًا تطبيق القانون دون تهاون لاسترداد حقوق الدولة.
كما وجه بضرورة المرور الدوري على الأراضي المستردة لضمان عدم عودة التعديات مرة أخرى، مع إعداد تقارير دورية دقيقة لمتابعة الموقف، حفاظًا على حقوق المواطنين وترسيخ هيبة الدولة، والتأكيد على عدم التسامح مع أي انتهاك للممتلكات العامة.
كما دعا المحافظ إلى تسريع وتيرة العمل في ملفات التصالح وتقنين الأوضاع وفقًا للاشتراطات القانونية، مشددًا على أهمية التنسيق الكامل بين الجهات المعنية لتجاوز أي عقبات قد تواجه سير العمل.
وأشار إلى أن الموجة الـ24 لإزالة التعديات تُنفذ على ثلاث مراحل، بدأت المرحلة الأولى في 12 أكتوبر الماضي وانتهت في 1 نوفمبر، تلتها المرحلة الثانية من 9 إلى 29 نوفمبر، على أن تُختتم المرحلة الثالثة في الفترة من 7 إلى 27 ديسمبر 2024.
جدير بالذكر أن المرحلة الثانية من الموجة الـ24 لإزالة التعديات على أملاك الدولة والأراضي الزراعية ومخالفات البناء تمت بالتنسيق مع مديرية أمن الأقصر والجهات المعنية.
وأكد المحافظ على ضرورة التصدي الفوري لأي تعديات جديدة وإزالتها في مراحلها الأولى، مع اتخاذ الإجراءات القانونية اللازمة بحق المخالفين وتنفيذ الأحكام الصادرة بحقهم لضمان استعادة حقوق الدولة كاملة.
