وأشار عبدالغفار إلى أن القرار سيشمل فقط الراغبين في السفر لهذه الأماكن بعد التاريخ المذكور، وأكد أنه لن يُطلب من المسافرين قبل هذا الموعد تقديم دليل على تلقي اللقاح.
