طريقة عمل المهلبية بالمكسرات
المكونات:
• 4 أكواب حليب.
• 4 ملاعق كبيرة نشا الذرة.
• 4 ملاعق كبيرة سكر (أو حسب الرغبة).
• ملعقة صغيرة ماء زهر أو ماء ورد (اختياري).
• ربع كوب مكسرات مفرومة (مثل اللوز، الفستق، الجوز).
• رشة قرفة للتزيين (اختياري).
طريقة التحضير
1. تحضير الخليط:
• في قدر على النار، ضعي 3 أكواب من الحليب والسكر واتركيه حتى يسخن دون أن يغلي.
2. إذابة النشا:
• في كوب، اخلطي النشا مع الكوب المتبقي من الحليب البارد وحرّكي جيدًا حتى يذوب النشا تمامًا.
3. إضافة النشا للحليب:
• اسكبي خليط النشا تدريجيًا على الحليب الساخن مع التحريك المستمر باستخدام مضرب يدوي أو ملعقة خشبية.
4. الطبخ:
• استمري في التحريك على نار متوسطة حتى يصبح الخليط كثيفًا ويبدأ بالغليان.
5. إضافة النكهة:
• أضيفي ماء الزهر أو ماء الورد للحصول على نكهة مميزة (اختياري).
6. سكب المهلبية:
• اسكبي المهلبية في أكواب أو أطباق التقديم ودعيها تبرد قليلًا.
7. التزيين:
• زيني المهلبية بالمكسرات المفرومة، ورشي قليلًا من القرفة إذا أردت.
8. التقديم:
• قدمي المهلبية باردة، ويمكن وضعها في الثلاجة لمدة ساعة قبل التقديم للحصول على قوام أكثر تماسكًا.
