كشفت التحقيقات عن تطورات جديدة في القضية التي أثارت اهتمام الرأي العام. تم الاعتماد في هذه التحقيقات على تقرير الطبيب الشرعي، الذي أعده الدكتور ياسر محمد حيري بركات، رئيس قسم الطب الشرعي في دمنهور، حيث تم الكشف الطبي على الطفل في 14 فبراير 2024 بناءً على طلب جهات التحقيق.

وأوضح الطبيب الشرعي في أقواله أمام النيابة أنه، ومن خلال المناظرة، تبين أن الطفل ياسين يبلغ من العمر نحو ست سنوات، ولم تكن هناك أي إصابات ظاهرة أو شكاوى من أعراض عند الكشف عليه.
أما الفحص الموضعي لمنطقة التعدي، فقد أظهر اتساعًا بسيطًا عند وضع الطفل في وضعية السجود، وهو ما لوحظ عند محاولة إبعاد الإليتين. ومع ذلك، لم يتم العثور على أي آثار إصابية قديمة أو حديثة في تلك المنطقة.
وأفاد الطبيب أنه على الرغم من أن هذا الاتساع قد يحدث نتيجة للتعدي، إلا أنه لا يعد دليلاً قاطعًا على حدوث التعدي بالكامل.
وأوضح أنه يقصد بـ “الاتساع” ضعفًا بسيطًا يسمح بحدوث توسع دون الحاجة إلى قوة عنيفة. من جهة أخرى، أكد الطبيب أنه أجرى فحصًا شاملاً لجسد الطفل، وأكد أن جسده خالٍ تمامًا من أي آثار إصابية أو علامات التئام جروح قديمة أو حديثة.
