قال البلجيكي يانيك فيريرا المدير الفني للفريق الأول لكرة القدم بنادي الزمالك إنه لم يكن لديه فرصة للحديث مع الإعلام منذ توليه القيادة الفنية للفريق.
وأضاف المدير الفني في المؤتمر الصحفي الذي عقده اليوم قبل مباراة سيراميكا كليوباترا المقبلة في مسابقة الدوري:” أعمل منذ 4 أسابيع فقط، وعادة ما تكون فترات الإعداد حوالي 6 أسابيع
وتابع يانيك فيريرا قائلاً:” لم نشاهد مباريات لفريق سيراميكا لأننا لا نزال في بداية الموسم، ولكني تابعت مباريات للمنافس من الموسم الماضي، وعلمت الكثير عن سيراميكا وسنحاول أن نعمل بشكل جيد كي تكون البداية قوية في الدوري”.
وواصل المدير الفني قائلاً:” كنت أتمنى أن تكون فترة الإعداد أطول، ولكن في النهاية الفريق حصل على نفس الوقت الذي حصلت عليه جميع الأندية للاستعداد للموسم الجديد والعمل يزيد بتوالي الأيام وأفكار الجهاز الفني يتم تطبيقها”.
وتابع فيريرا:” لست قلقاً من نتائج المباريات الودية، وعلى الجماهير ألا تقلق لأننا نحاول تطبيق أفكار كثيرة وهذا يتطلب وقت، ولا يمكن أن نتوقع تغيير كافة الأمور في وقت قصير، وأعد بأننا سنقاتل ونحارب من أجل الفوز في كل مباراة يخوضها الفريق، ونعمل على التعلم من الأخطاء لتلافي السلبيات في الأداء”.
وفيما يخص الصفقات الجديدة قال المدير الفني:” لا يزال الوقت مبكراً للحكم على الصفقات الجديدة، ونحتاج لرؤيتهم في مواقف أكثر، وبالنسبة لي لا أقيم اللاعبين في وسائل الإعلام، والتقييم يكون بيني وبين اللاعبين والإدارة، وبعد أشهر قليلة الجميع سيرى مدى استفادة النادي من الصفقات الجديدة “.
وأضاف يانيك فيريرا :” قمنا بتحليل مباريات فريق سيراميكا في الموسم الماضي، واحتفظ بالجانب الفني لي، وبالتأكيد لديهم أشكال لعب مختلفة، ومن المستحيل أن نبدأ الموسم الماضي والفريق جاهز بنسبة 100%، وسنحاول مع مرور الوقت أن نصل للكمال الفني والبدني ولكي نصل لهذه النقطة نحتاج لمزيد من الوقت، ولكني لا أضع مبررات ولا أطالب الجماهير بعدم الحكم على الفريق إلا بعد فترة طويلة، ومع مرور الوقت سنصل لهدفنا، وسأحارب أنا واللاعبون من أجل تحقيق أهدافنا”.
ووجه المدير الفني رسالة للجماهير في ختام المؤتمر قائلاً:” أعدكم بأننا سنحارب كل يوم من أجل الفوز، وسمعت الكثير عن جمهور النادي ولا استطيع الانتظار لرؤيتهم وأعلم أن هناك مباريات كثيرة لن تكون مجرد 11 لاعباً ضد 11 لاعباً لأنه سيتواجد مع الفريق حوالي 20 ألف مشجع في كل مباراة، نحن نعلم المطلوب من الفريق، والجماهير تعلم المطلوب منها بالدعم والمساندة، وعلمت أن الجمهور كان سبباً لفوز الفريق بكأس مصر في الموسم المنقضي”.
ويستعد الفريق الأول لكرة القدم بنادي الزمالك لمواجهة سيراميكا كليوباترا، المقرر لها يوم الجمعة المقبل في الجولة الأولى لمسابقة الدوري الممتاز.
