أعلنت النقابة العامة للأطباء، إحالة الطبيبة نهى صلاح طبيبة نساء وتوليد إلى لجنة آداب المهنة، على خلفية ما تم تداوله من محتوى منسوب إليها عبر مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي، يُسيئ إلى المرضى والمواطنين، ويخرج عن الضوابط المهنية والأخلاقية لمهنة الطب، التي تقوم على احترام المرضى وصون كرامتهم.

وقالت النقابة، إنها تلقت شكاوى ومطالبات من عدد من الأطباء والمواطنين بشأن ما نُسب إلى الطبيبة، مطالبين بضرورة التحقيق معها والتحقق من صحة الوقائع المتداولة، لاتخاذ ما يلزم وفقا للوائح والقوانين المنظمة لمهنة الطب.
واكدت النقابة أنه تقرر إحالة الطبيبة إلى لجنة آداب المهنة للنظر في الواقعة، على أن يتم استدعاؤها خلال أقرب جلسة للتحقيق، تمهيدا لاتخاذ القرارات المناسبة حال ثبوت المخالفة.
وشددت النقابة العامة للأطباء على التزامها الكامل بحماية حقوق المرضى وصون كرامتهم، وفي الوقت ذاته الحفاظ على مكانة المهنة وأخلاقياتها.
واكدت أنها لن تتهاون مع أي سلوك من شأنه الإضرار بثقة المجتمع في الأطباء أو الإخلال بآداب المهنة.
