اتخذ مجلس إدارة نادي الزمالك، برئاسة حسين لبيب، قرارًا وصفه بالتاريخي، بعدما وافق خلال اجتماعه، بأغلبية الأعضاء، على إطلاق شركة خاصة بإدارة كرة القدم، لتطوير منظومة العمل داخل النادي وتعزيز الاستدامة المالية خلال السنوات المقبلة.
الزمالك يوافق رسميًا على إطلاق شركة كرة القدم
وجاء القرار ضمن خطة لإعادة هيكلة قطاع كرة القدم، عبر فصل إدارته ماليًا وإداريًا عن النادي، بما يتوافق مع اللوائح المنظمة، على أن تتولى الشركة إدارة جميع أنشطتها والتزاماتها ومواردها المالية بصورة مستقلة، دون تحميل خزينة الزمالك أي أعباء تخصها.
وقرر المجلس دعوة الجمعية العمومية للنادي، في موعد يحدد لاحقًا، للتصويت على تأسيس الشركة، إلى جانب تكليف ثلاث شركات تقييم مستقلة ومعتمدة من الهيئة العامة للرقابة المالية بإجراء التقييم المالي وتحديد القيمة العادلة ورأس مال الشركة.
ومن المقرر أن يكون للشركة مجلس إدارة مستقل يتولى إدارة جميع الجوانب الاستثمارية والتشغيلية، مع احتفاظ نادي الزمالك بحصته من أسهمها، بما يحفظ حقوقه ومصالحه الاستراتيجية.
وأكد مجلس الإدارة أن المشروع حظي باهتمام عدد من رجال الأعمال والمستثمرين المنتمين للنادي، الذين أبدوا استعدادهم للمساهمة في تأسيس الشركة وضخ استثمارات جديدة، في خطوة يأمل الزمالك أن تمثل نقطة تحول في إدارة قطاع الكرة، وتوفر موارد مالية مستقرة تدعم المنافسة وإنهاء الأزمات المالية المتراكمة.
