قام المحامي أشرف فرحات بتقديم بلاغ للنائب ضد صانعة محتوى تسمى شيماء القاسم لاتهامها بنشر محتوى خلال مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي تشمل السب والقذف والترويج لتحقيق أرباح مالية طائلة عن طريق استخدامها للسوشيال ميديا وتلقي دعم وتمويل بالعملات الأجنبية من ضمنها مبالغ دعم بالشيكل.
صانعة محتوى تتلقى مبالغ مالية من إسرائيل، ماذا يحدث؟
ويشمل مضمون البلاغ أنه في ظل الجهود المستمرة لمواجهة الجرائم الإلكترونية والحفاظ على السلم والأمن المجتمعي وجه ضدها بلاغ عاجل يستوجب التحقيق الفوري، وهذا على خلفية ما تم رصده وتوثيقه بالصوت والصورة عبر بعض المنصات الرقمية.
واحتوت الوقائع والأدلة المرصودة على تلقي تمويل بدعم عملة أجنبية (الشيكل)، وتم رصد وتوثيق منشورات وبث مباشر لصانعة المحتوى المدعوة “شيماء قاسم” سابق التبليغ عنها (والتي قامت بتغيير اسم منصتها في محاولة لتضليل وحدات الرصد والمتابعة) حيث تلقت دعمًا ماليًا مباشرًا خلال خاصية (Super Chat) بمبالغ مدفوعة بالشيكل الإسرائيلي بواسطة أطراف داعمة على وصفهم تداول أموال وضخ تمويلات لمجهولة السبب والمشروعية.
