دخل ملف أرض نادي الزمالك في ميت عقبة مرحلة جديدة من المفاوضات، بعد اجتماع جمع مسؤولي النادي بممثلي وزارة الأوقاف المصرية لبحث أزمة تجديد عقد حق الانتفاع بالأرض.
وشهدت الفترة الأخيرة تحركات مكثفة بين الطرفين، في محاولة للوصول إلى اتفاق بشأن القيمة المالية للعقد الجديد، بعدما تحفظت إدارة الزمالك على المبلغ الذي حددته الوزارة عقب انتهاء أعمال التقييم والمعاينة.
الأوقاف تلوح بسحب أرض الزمالك
وبحسب مصادر مطلعة، فإن لجنة مختصة من وزارة الأوقاف أجرت معاينة ميدانية لأرض النادي، قبل إعداد تقرير بالقيمة التقديرية الجديدة وإرساله إلى إدارة الزمالك، التي اعتبرت أن القيمة المطلوبة تتجاوز بشكل كبير ما كان يتم سداده في العقد السابق.
وأضافت المصادر أن الوزارة حددت ما يقارب 5 مليارات جنيه كقيمة حال رغبة النادي في تملك الأرض، بينما طالبت برفع قيمة حق الانتفاع الشهري من 500 ألف جنيه إلى مليون و700 ألف جنيه.
وأشارت إلى أن المناقشات ما زالت مستمرة، خاصة مع تمسك الزمالك بتخفيف الأعباء المالية في ظل الظروف الاقتصادية التي يمر بها النادي.
