أصدرت جهات التحقيق المختصة، حكمًا بإحالة الزوجة في واقعة التعدي على زوجها داخل محكمة طنطا إلى المحاكمة.
إحالة الزوجة المتهمة بالتعدي على زوجها في محكمة طنطا للمحاكمة
وفي وقت سابق كشف الزوج المعتدى عليه على يد طليقته في محكمة طنطا في تصريحات صحفية تفاصيل واقعة التعدي عليه والخلافات الزوجية بينهما التي أدت لتطور الخلافات إلى أعتاب المحاكم.
وقال الزوج المعتدى عليه، إنه كان ذاهبا لحضور جلسة أقامها والدها ضده بسبب ايصال أمانة إلا أنه فوجئ بوجود زوجته التي قامت بالتعدي عليه بالضرب أمام الحضور، في مشهد أثار دهشة الجميع، خاصة مع قيام بعض المتواجدين بتصوير الواقعة.
وأضاف الزوج أنه كان عائدًا من السفر في حالة إرهاق، مشيرًا إلى أن زوجته أقوى منه بدنيًا، ما جعله غير قادر على الدفاع عن نفسه وقت الاعتداء مضيفا أنه تم اصطحابهما إلى قسم الشرطة، حيث حرر محضرًا بالواقعة يتهمها فيه بالتعدي عليه.
