أعلنت الأجهزة الأمنية في وزارة الداخلية عن ملابسات منشور مرفق بمقطع فيديو تم انتشاره بمواقع التواصل الاجتماعي يشمل تضرر القائم على النشر من شخصين مجهولين لإحداثهما تلفيات عن عمد بزجاج سيارة إحدى السيدات في القاهرة.

وبتقنين الإجراءات تم تحديد مكان القائم على النشر (محامٍ – مقيم بمحافظة الشرقية) وبسؤاله قرر بتضرر موكلته (طبيبة “موجودة حاليًا خارج البلاد”) من شخصين لتكسيرهما زجاج سيارتها عمدًا أثناء قيام نجلها بركنها أمام العقار محل سكنهما بدائرة قسم شرطة أول مدينة نصر، ووجه الاتهام إلى جارة موكلته بتحريض المذكورين على ارتكاب الواقعة لخلافات سابقة بينهم حول أماكن ركن السيارة.
وعلى الفور تم تحديد وضبط مرتكبي الواقعة سيدة وشخصين “لهما معلومات جنائية”، وأقرت السيدة بتحريضها المذكورين على ارتكاب الواقعة لمنع الشاكية من ركن سيارتها مرة أخرى بذات المكان، وعند سؤال الأخرين أيدا ما سبق، وتم اتخاذ الإجراءات القانونية.
