جاء القرار الأول من المجلس الأعلى للإعلام بوقف برنامج “الرقابة البيطرية”، الذي تقوم بتقديمه ياسمين خالد، لمدة شهر حتى الانتهاء من المراجعة الداخلية واتخاذ ما يلزم من إجراءات.
ونص القرار الثاني على حذف حلقة برنامج “هي وهما” التي تم اذاعتها في يوم 20 يوليو الحالي من جميع المنصات الرقمية ومواقع التواصل الاجتماعي التي تتبع للشبكة، مع وقف عرض البرنامج لمدة أسبوعين حتى ينم الانتهاء من المراجعة الداخلية واتخاذ ما يلزم من إجراءات.
وجاء القرار الثالث بحذف الحلقة محل المخالفة من برنامج “بعد منتصف الليل” من كافة المنصات الرقمية، مع توجيه إنذار رسمي إلى مقدمة البرنامج بضرورة الالتزام الكامل بالأكواد الإعلامية والضوابط المهنية.
ونص القرار الرابع على إحالة رئيس تحرير قناة “الشمس” العامة إلى التحقيق الإداري، لمعرفة أسباب وقوعه في هذه المخالفات وتحديد المسؤوليات واتخاذ ما يلزم من إجراءات كما في اللوائح المنظمة.
وجاء القرار الخامس بتعميم كافة الأكواد والضوابط الإعلامية التي تصدر عن المجلس الأعلى لتنظيم الإعلام على جميع القطاعات والبرامج والعاملين بالشبكة، مع إجبار جميع فرق العمل بالالتزام الكامل بها.
