أصدرت الدائرة الثانية المدنية بالمحكمة الاقتصادية، اليوم، حكمًا بإلزام رئيس نادي الزمالك السابق، مرتضى منصور، بأن يؤدي إلى رئيس مجلس إدارة النادي الأهلي، محمود الخطيب، تعويضًا قدره 500 ألف جنيه عن الأضرار المادية والأدبية التي لحقت به جراء جرائم السب والقذف في إحدى الوقائع.
إلزام مرتضى منصور بتعويض محمود الخطيب بنصف مليون جنيه
في وقت سابق قضت كانت محكمة جنح الاقتصادية برئاسة المستشار إبراهيم صالح، بحبس مرتضى منصور 3 أشهر، وكفالة 10 آلاف جنيه لإيقاف العقوبة لحين الاستئناف على الحكم، وتغريمه 20 ألف جنيه، وإلزامه بتعويض مؤقت 10 آلاف جنيه.
كما ألزمته بالمصاريف وأتعاب المحاماة في القضية رقم728 لـ سنة 2023 جنح اقتصادية القاهرة، لصالح محمود الخطيب رئيس مجلس إدارة النادي الأهلي يتهم فيها المذكور بالسب والشتم ونشر أخبار كاذبة وإساءة استخدام وسائل التواصل والإزعاج.
