أصدر قاضي معارضات الشيخ زايد، حكمًا بتجديد حبس الراقصة هندية بتهمة بث مقاطع تظهر مفاتن جسدها وتحرض على الفسق والفجور، لمدة 15 يوما على ذمة التحقيقات.

وفي سياق متصل، أمرت بإرسالها إلى المساعدات الفنية بوزارة الداخلية لفحصها وبيان محتواها من مقاطع خادشة للحياء ومثيرة الغرائز وتقديم تقرير كامل للنيابة بها.
وكشفت التحقيقات أن المتهمة تتعمد نشر هذه المقاطع لزيادة مشاهداتها واستقطاب راغبي المتعة الحرام، ما يحقق لها المزيد من المتابعين والمشاهدات، وهو ما يتنافى مع المبادئ والقيم الأسرية في المجتمع المصري.
وخلال التحقيقات نفت الراقصة ما نسب إليها من اتهامات مبررة ما تبثه وتعرضه على حسابها الشخصي، أنه طبيعة عملها كراقصة، قائلة: “كل الناس بتعمل كده وأنا بنشر الفيديوهات دي عشان عايزة أكسب فلوس وأحقق أرباح كتير ومش قصدي كل الاتهامات دي”.
