أصيب نجار مسلح، بحروق من الدرجة الثانية والثالثة في الظهر، القدمين، والذراعين، نتيجة اعتداء، عندما أقدم شقيقه بإشعال النيران بواسطة زجاجة مولوتوف، في محافظة الدقهلية.
البداية كانت عندما تلقت الأجهزة الأمنية، إخطارا من شرطة منية النصر يفيد بوصول المدعو “محمد ع. ا. ع”، 39 عامًا، نجار مسلح ومقيم في قرية كفر علام، إلى مستشفى منية النصر مصابًا بحروق من الدرجة الثانية والثالثة في الظهر، القدمين، والذراعين، نتيجة اعتداء.
تمكنت الأجهزة الأمنية بمركز منية النصر في محافظة الدقهلية، من القبض على سمسار في العقد الرابع من عمره، بعد قيامه بإشعال النيران في شقيقه بواسطة زجاجة مولوتوف، وذلك نتيجة خلاف نشب بينهما على الميراث في قرية كفر علام التابعة لمركز منية النصر.
وعلى الفور تم الدفع بسيارات الإسعاف لمكان الواقعة، لنقل المصاب إلى مستشفى لتلقي العلاج اللازم، حيث أبلغ المصاب عن شقيقه “هشام ع. ا. ع”، 47 عامًا، سمسار، متهمًا إياه بإلقاء زجاجة تحتوي على مادة مشتعلة (بنزين) عليه وإشعال النيران أثناء وجوده في شقته السكنية، مما تسبب في إصابته وحرق جزء من باب الشقة وبعض محتويات الصالة، قبل أن يتمكن الأهالي من إخماد الحريق.
تم القبض على المتهم، الذي أنكر التهمة الموجهة إليه، مبررًا ذلك بوجود خلافات بينه وبين شقيقه بسبب الميراث.
تم إخطار قسم الأدلة الجنائية لمعاينة موقع الحادث، وجارٍ اتخاذ الإجراءات القانونية اللازمة وعرض المتهم على النيابة العامة للتحقيق.
