كشفت نقابة المهن الموسيقية برئاسة الفنان مصطفى كامل، عن سبب عدم إيقاف المطرب رضا البحراوي عن العمل، رغم إحالته للتحقيق في نفس واقعة المغني حمو بيكا.
وأوضح الدكتور محمد عبد الله، المتحدث الرسمي باسم نقابة المهن الموسيقية، أن الوقف يعتبر عقوبة في حد ذاته، وبناء عليه لايجوز توقيع عقوبة، بدون تحقيق وده حق دستوري.
وعن مقارنة موقفه مع موقف حمو بيكا، قال متحدث الموسيقيين، طبقا لنص الماده 12 من اللائحة التنفيذيه لقانون النقابات الفنيه الثلاث، فإن العضو المنتسب يحق لمجلس النقابة او النقيب وقف عضويته او الغاءها.
وذلك في اي وقت ولم تنص الماده علي احاله للتحقيق، وهو موقف مختلف مع العضو العامل، الذي اشترط القانون احالته للتحقيق.

قررت نقابة المهن الموسيقية، إحالة المطرب رضا البحراوي للتحقيق، وذلك على خلفية تداول فيديو منسوب إليه عبر وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي، واتساقًا مع ما تم اتخاذه من إجراءات بالتحقيق مع حمو بيكا.
